Plantation Mansion™

After wandering and wandering amongst the tall trees, you wonder it is still  or not. You feel disoriented and really wonder what time it is ... or if you’ll ever get out from under these monster and now menacing Weeping Willows and Morton Bay Fig trees.

Everything now looks all the same. The big roots, the over-powering-towering trees. The dampness. The creepy things crawling and slithering around your feet. You take yet another deep breath and let out the longest sigh, realizing you are, most certainly hopefully lost. Still! For some reason ... you have hope that you will find your way out or somehow magically and mysteriously just disappear from where you are to another part of the surrounding areas that encompass Plantation Mansion™.

Everything looks the same. No matter what direction you cast your gaze, it doesn’t mater. EVERYTHING looks like you have been there/here before! You just know you have been going in circles, even though it didn’t seem like it. You aren’t sure if it is the  hours or what. Then you realize, you have probably lost all track of time, too. And, then it hits you that such disorientation can make one delusional ... or crazy even! Yikes! You hear yourself say that outloud. So you try to calm yourself down a bit. FOCUS, you tell yourself.

You MUST find your way out! So, then what way now?

There is still the option of going forward and you feel that might take you to the canyon.

You can always head backwards (whatever that now means).

You have the hunch of hunches that going left (HINT, HINT) will get you out of here.

Or, you could go right (if that is, indeed, really going right).

Time to decide ...
