You wander around the Game Room for a couple of minutes.

You play some darts for awhile, realizing just how bad you are - no bulls eyes for you! Your index finger is feeling much better now that you have extracted the sliver, but still somewhat of a stinging sensation lingers.

The Ping-Pong table is partially folded up so you can play against yourself. This gets old fast, so you set down the paddle and move on to the poker table. The playing cards are the best you have ever seen. The roulette table is quite nice. You spin the wheel several times but it never lands on the number you picked!

This is a great game room. “It must be a popular place to hang out,” you think to yourself.

You look at the upside down clock:

You now consider exploring the Plantation Mansion™ secret room that you discovered.

But, then, there are the bowling lanes. Those might be worth a look/see.

You could head back up the secret passage to the study.

Or, maybe, just maybe, you should head up the main stairs to the hallway (after unlocking the door, of course).
