By now, the maze is getting on your nerves, but you’re “into it” so you don’t have many options beyond continuing onward.
You take a right and walk a ways. Then you turn right again.
You walk a long ways until you take a left and then another left.
Then you go left again, take a right, right, then left, right and left again. You almost experience vertigo, but you continue on
.
You take another right and you are out of the maze on the back side of it. You look around, walking back and forth along the back edge of the tall hedges making up the maze.
Straight ahead (with your back to maze) you see far off in the distance what looks like ancient ruins with LOTS of pillars and parts of what looks to have been buildings and large structures. You’re really intrigued and leaning very much towards heading that way. The only thing that bothers you is that the pathway leading in that direction looks quite precarious with drop-offs from high ledges where the pathway is very narrow.
On the far left side of you, you can see the back of the rose garden. There is a shadowy figure stepping out from a thin red line that appeared out of nowhere. As you stand there, you now see more shadowing figures coming through the red line. This is extremely interesting. You could just go over to the rose garden.
Or, you could head towards the shadowy figures - there are more than a dozen of them there now.
Or, you could go to your right over to the meadow where there are countless, colorful wild flowers.
Time to decide ...
