Plantation Mansion™ You are now on the back side of the terrace of Plantation Mansion™ on this fine where the terrace is lined with potted plants along the outer low stone railing with a marble ledge. There is a small table and two chairs beckoning you to sit down and rest, but you scan what is in front of you from left to right as you go down the stairs, passing by two giant urns that stand like sentinels guarding either side of the stairs, to an open, grassy area and you continue walking for a bit. You then look all around you. Off to the right up ahead of you is a tall hedge where there is an opening. In front of you and curving around to your left is the most beautiful rose garden with the scents overpowering your senses. Further to your left and behind you, bordering up to the garden terrace, is an expansive, well-manicured lawn area. And, it looks like beyond that is an area set up for croquet, complete with white hoops, wooden mallets, and colorful balls. Off to your right behind you is a serpentine path leading to a grove of tall trees. You have a hard time deciding which way to go next and then decide to ... Okay, so what do you do now? You can head towards the hedge maze. Or, you can go over to the rose garden. The grassy lawn area is also a choice. There is also the option for you to follow the Serpentine path into tall trees.
